Data Entry Administrator – 12 Month Contract

The Role

Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Data Entry Administrator on behalf of a leading provider of industrial and energy solutions.

Working as part of a busy team, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of accurate spare parts data within internal systems, supporting key customers and ensuring high standards of data quality. You will liaise with internal departments and customers to resolve queries, meet deadlines and contribute to continuous process improvements.

The Person

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and familiarity with data systems
