Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are hiring for a Technical Sales Representative – Agriculture in Ireland.
Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture and building strong relationships in the Agri-sector? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of high- performance chemical solutions as they expand their agricultural division.
This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone who combines a background in agri-science or chemistry with a practical understanding of agricultural sales. You’ll work directly with farmers, agri-businesses, and distributors across Ireland to promote innovative chemical solutions that improve hygiene, productivity, and efficiency on farms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing agricultural
- Promote and sell a range of agricultural products and hygiene
- Provide expert technical support and product guidance to
- Conduct on-site visits, demonstrations, and training
- Collaborate with RCD and production teams to share market insights and help shape future product
- Represent the client at trade shows, agricultural events, and industry What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related
- At least 2 years’ experience in a technical, agricultural sales, or advisory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a
