Our client caters primarily to Fortune 500 Organisations with a focus on enhancing customer communication experiences.
The Role:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS platform and its application in
addressing client requirements. - Cultivate and sustain relationships with our Enterprise Fortune 500 clientele.
- Comprehend their needs thoroughly and facilitate their attainment through the
utilisation of the company platform. - Oversee all reporting activities concerning the health and performance of client
- Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with accurate client information.
- Proactively identify additional support requirements to effectively meet client needs.
- Actively seek out and establish new partner relationships as necessary.
- Conduct client training sessions on the utilisation of the company platform.
- Deliver insightful analysis and monthly reports to clients.
- Flexibility to travel is essential.

Requirements:
- Experience in working with Saas is essential.
- Prior experience or understanding of IVRs or Telecommunications is advantageous.
- Demonstrates genuine interest and capability in understanding clients as individuals, as well as comprehending the organisational dynamics in which they operate.
- Embraces a balanced approach, knowing when to inject levity and enjoy the work environment.
