Hartley People Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join one of the South East’s leading electrical and home technology retailers in their Waterford store.
Reporting to senior management, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store. You will lead from the front, inspiring your team to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent standards across customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to maximise performance
- Drive sales through excellent customer engagement and product expertise
- Build strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store appearance
- Monitor results, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially focused with a passion for customer service
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
