Site Manager – Wexford (Full-Time / Permanent)
Overview
A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects in Wexford and the South East.
The business operates across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, conservation and fit-out, delivering projects with a strong emphasis on programme, safety, budget and quality.
This is a key role responsible for end-to-end site delivery, coordinating teams and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification
- Maintain strict adherence to health & safety standards
- Liaise with clients, design teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks and implement solutions
- Manage site logistics, materials and resource planning
- Ensure quality control and compliance with all project requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction
- Background across residential, commercial or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site pressures
- Strong focus on quality, safety and programme delivery
