With a renewed focus on strategic growth under its 2025–2030 plan, they are now seeking an experienced professional to strengthen their commercial capability and help position the business for continued success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate full-life-cycle bid and tender management, ensuring all submissions meet deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Develop clear, compelling written content that communicates the company’s strengths, values, and differentiators.
- Identify and target new business opportunities and frameworks, working closely with the Commercial Director to expand the client base and sector reach.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, representing the company at presentations and industry events.
- Manage and continually improve a central library of case studies, templates, and pre-qualification materials.
- Track bid success rates and work with project teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery on promises made at tender stage.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in Bid Management and/or Business Development within construction or civil engineering.
- A relevant degree (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Business).
- Strong understanding of public and private sector tendering, including E-Tenders and OGP frameworks.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Public Works contracts (PW-CF1–CF6), RIAI or JCT forms of contract.
- Confidence to operate across senior levels and contribute to long-term strategic growth.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
