Key Points:

Strategic Plans, Business Model Development, and Financial Strategies:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement transformative strategies that drive the organisation’s growth and profitability.
- Contribute to the development of business models and financial strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives.

Financial Information & Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide valuable insights and analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role, preferably within the credit union, financial services, or regulated sectors.
- Possess extensive experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability management, and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software tools.
