dedicated and hardworking Medical Administrator to join their thriving team in Waterford.
Job Description:
• Foster a culture of patient and customer care, ensuring continuous improvement in
the quality of the patient experience.
• Manage a busy clinical and surgical appointment schedule, prioritising patient needs
and ensuring efficient scheduling.
• Process insurance billing forms and invoices for all surgical and clinical procedures
with meticulous attention to detail.
• Update practice management systems accurately with appointment and patient
details to maintain data integrity.
• Handle a high volume of calls promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional service
to patients and medical professionals.
• Produce clear and concise written communications to medical professionals and
patients, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Provide front desk cover at other locations as required, delivering exceptional service
to patients.
• Adhere to strict process protocols to ensure patients receive the highest standard of
care before and after consultations and surgeries.
Requirements:
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional timekeeping skills and strong organisational abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
• Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and
as part of a team.
• Full driving license required as travel may be necessary.
