Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Key Account Hire Controller to join our client in Portlaoise. This is a full time permanent position within a busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Key Accounts and Key Account Managers.
- Working closely with the transport and logistics team to schedule deliveries and rental collections.
- Maintaining the database and generating reports.
- Process purchase orders.
- Receive rental requests, conducting availability checks, and providing accurate quotes and proposals.
Key Requirements:
- Must have excellent customer service or account management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Previous CRM or rental management software experience desirable.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Must possess excellent MS Office and IT skills.
