Key Account Hire Controller

Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Key Account Hire Controller to join our client in Portlaoise. This is a full time permanent position within a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Key Accounts and Key Account Managers.
  • Working closely with the transport and logistics team to schedule deliveries and rental collections.
  • Maintaining the database and generating reports.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Receive rental requests, conducting availability checks, and providing accurate quotes and proposals.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have excellent customer service or account management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Previous CRM or rental management software experience desirable.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Must possess excellent MS Office and IT skills.
