Hartley People 3sixty are currently seeking a highly organised Administrator to join a public sector organisation on an ongoing temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as handling email correspondence, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, records, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare policies, procedures, and terminology is advantageous.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
