- Greeting clients
- Handling both cash and card payments
- Conducting end-of-day account reconciliation
- Managing external telephone and email queries
- Scheduling appointments
- Performing scanning/ filing tasks
- Executing requests from management
- Carrying out various general administration duties
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity with Helix Practice Manager Software
