Key Responsibilities
- Embrace and execute sales campaigns while generating leads for the sales team.
- Surpass sales targets, uphold customer service excellence, meet debt obligations, and adhere to branch standards.
- Display remarkable customer service skills throughout the workday.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge and professionalism.
- Attain and uphold optimal stock levels and availability.
- Perform thorough equipment inspections and testing before and after each rental to ensure reliability and safety.
- Ensure strict adherence to all established systems, procedures, and processes.
- Act as a representative of the company, embodying its values, and projecting a professional and business-oriented image to all customers and stakeholders.
- Play a pivotal role in championing safety and setting a leading example.
- Maintain the location in alignment with our comprehensive brand image.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record within a dynamic and high-paced setting.
- Outstanding history of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Profound communication abilities.
- Well-honed negotiation aptitude.
- Familiarity with local markets and their dynamics.
- Possession of a driver’s license is advantageous, though not obligatory.
