Hartley People in partnership with our client are recruiting an Enterprise Solutions Executive to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding Global Sales team in Waterford.

Sales Cycle Management:
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure by proactively engaging with prospects, dedicating at least 70% of your time to this process.
- Meet targets for customer acquisitions, new business revenue, and pipeline growth.
- Apply prospecting skills to identify and engage new customers within multinational organizations, aligning with their business goals and showcasing how our solutions benefit them.
- Operate independently in sourcing potential clients and companies.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the company’s core values.
Innovation and Expertise:
- Foster innovation by suggesting process optimization ideas and thinking creatively.
- Establish yourself as an expert on product offerings, positioning them effectively against competitors, highlighting key differentiators and unique selling points.
- Skilfully manage prospect queries and objections at every sales cycle stage.
- Adhere to company processes, meticulously guiding prospects through each stage of the sales journey.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with prospects, gathering project information, budgets, and timelines.
- Engage with internal teams to discuss prospect project goals and progress.
- Develop budgets and timelines, coordinating teams to meet project milestones.
- Record all sales activities accurately in the HubSpot CRM system.
- Qualify inbound leads and prospects through phone and email interactions.
- Conduct virtual demonstrations, striving to secure prospects’ commitment.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and bids, maintaining pricing and discount thresholds.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities and devising sales-driven ideas.
- Understand and address the needs of client companies.
Expertise and Representation:
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
- Be the expert in CRM systems, ensuring transparency by logging and updating deals and notes.
- Learn & demonstrate expertise in the company platform, including DIVR, RIVR, IVR Connect.
- Mastery in creating Loom Sales Videos to enhance qualified Demos.
- Collaborate with the internal development team to align product offerings with technical requirements of potential clients.
- Work closely with Sales, Client Operations, and Marketing teams to develop tool kits, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Deliver compelling corporate sales presentations, customer proposals, and responses to tenders when needed.
Travel and Team Dynamics:
- Occasional travel to expos and customer meetings internationally to represent the company.
- Contribute insights to presentations, product sheets, marketing collateral, and proposal templates to meet team targets.
- Adjust work hours to specific market time zones for efficient prospect interaction.
- Play a role as a supportive team player within the sales team.
- Exhibit leadership by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions within the sales cycle, processes, or team dynamics.
- Achieve minimum sales activity targets to secure monthly demos progressing to Free Trials and Customer Closures.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented approach, taking ownership of prospect relationships and advocating for their needs within the company.
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales
