Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are seeking applications for an Agri Hardware Sales Lead to join their team based in Castlelyons, Co. Cork in the Agri sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction through the consistent delivery of fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Take full accountability for attaining annual sales targets within the Agri hardware category at the branch.
- Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with customers while offering expert advice and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal procurement and external suppliers to diversify and enhance the stock range, while also upholding existing product lines.
- Assume control over stock management within the Center of Excellence.
- Curate and manage visual displays of stock to optimize merchandising.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing and branch teams to drive business growth.
- Initiate customer outreach for promotional offers and capital investment quotations within the farming sector.
- Follow up on local planning applications and stay attuned to relevant developments
Requirements:
- Possess a keen interest and comprehensive understanding of our Agri product offerings and services. Demonstrate prior experience within a sales-oriented environment.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of available grants and TAMS for customer benefit.
- Hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Agribusiness roles.
- Capable of producing accurate quotations.
- Showcase excellent proficiency in IT skills.
- Display a friendly and outgoing demeanour, along with a commitment to surpass customer expectations.
- Excel in communication and interpersonal interactions.
- Demonstrate both strong teamwork abilities and self-initiative.
- Thrive in multitasking scenarios, consistently delivering work of a high standard in a dynamic environment.
- Seek a dedicated individual with a passion for the Agricultural industry, reliability, and a drive to build a lasting career.
- Desirable to have a background in agriculture or farming.
