Hartley People Recruitment are partnering with one of Irelands Global Leaders in the distribution of electrical supplies and services. We are seeking to recruit a Quality Process Manager for their brand-new distribution centre based in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop all site operational processes, systems development, lean ways of working to meet both site and business strategy.
- Drive and implement continuous improvements process & quality system improvements.
- Preparing for and hosting, audits, customer visits, supplier visits, and visits from regulatory bodies.
- Promoting and protecting quality standards across the Distribution Centre.
- Continuously review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Support all risk assessments to ensure effective and timely preventive and corrective actions are taken when and where necessary.
- Investigate branch / customer complaints, resolve and report on actions taken.
Key Requirements:
- Two to three years’ experience working as a Quality / Process Manager
- Strong understanding and emphasis on site operating procedures and processes
- Clear focus on continuous improvement / lean practices and processes
- Lean Six Sigma a distinct advantage
