Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our transport company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability in line with company objectives.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the transport company, including fleet management, route planning, scheduling, and driver coordination.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement action plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable transportation regulations, including safety standards, licensing requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including dispatch, maintenance, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise operations staff, including drivers and dispatchers. Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance and support to enhance employee performance and job satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
