The successful candidate should expect to take on the role of The role of Operations Director within 1-2 years as part of their strategic growth plan.
It is a very exciting opportunity and would suit someone who has been working in a technical or co-ordinating role and would like to progress, or an experienced Manager looking for a new challenge.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the Operations Schedule using Agile and SCRUM techniques.

Supporting the team to ensure that the Projects are Ensuring that the Project Processes and Road maps
-
Projects Director to develop specifications for new Projects project schedules and summary technical specifications for projects typically €0.5-€5Million
-
Developing good relationships with the customer to make sure that the technical and commercial gaps, which exist at the point of order, are clarified and communicated to the project team throughout the project.

Developing good relationships with the Internal Teams and Leaders and fulfilling the role of Project Champion and Product Owner at SCRUM Meetings.

Proactively seeking ways that we can improve our business operations through introducing systems and processes which encourage employee engagement.

Managing the risks and logistical aspects of incoming Project Materials for evaluation & Testing and allocating associated tasks to other supporting Team Members.

Tracking project performance.
Required Qualification and Experience
The ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:

Excellent communicator. Open and friendly personality.

Highly motivated, dependable, organised, and professional
-
3rdLevel Education in Science or Business Discipline.
-
3 years + in a Project Based Business at a High Level. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Project Management, ideally in a Technical environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
