Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production lines and operators for optimal capacity and resource utilisation.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team leaders and operators, ensuring compliance with manufacturing practices and safety protocols.

- Conduct continuous checks to ensure adherence to customer quality requirements and implement improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety and quality standards, including record-keeping and sample collection.
- Address employee concerns, assist with scheduling, and promote a safe working environment while tracking and reviewing KPIs for business success.
- Flexibility as you will be required to work as part of rotating team across days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Requirements:
- Food manufacturing experience- essential.

- Excellent organisational and project management experience.
