Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Key Account Administrator to join our client’s growing business. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise customer orders.
- Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a timely manner.
- Help and support all internal and external customers.
- Ensure that all procedures are carried out, including customer bookings and information.
- Comply with office safety and security procedures.
- Attend training courses to help you to develop in your role.
- Managing key accounts daily.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent communications skills.
