Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Lead Engineer with 8-10+ years of comprehensive software engineering lifecycle expertise, coupled with a strong client-centric approach. This role is pivotal in driving technological excellence and client satisfaction. Candidates with Salesforce proficiency are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of diverse experience across the software engineering lifecycle.
- Profound familiarity with API design, development, and security using OAuth. Expertise in SwaggerHub, Open API Specification, and API Gateway.
- Proven track record in crafting solutions utilizing AWS Cloud Serverless technologies. Mastery of Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3, Kinesis, EventBridge, and other AWS services.
- Hands-on prowess in conceiving and developing Serverless, Event-Driven Applications, and APIs on the AWS Cloud platform.
- A thorough grasp of relational databases, encompassing schema design, stored procedures, and complex SQL queries/joins across various RDBMS such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.
- Sound understanding of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
- Extensive proficiency utilizing the J2EE technology stack, including design, development, and maintenance of solutions on platforms like Weblogic and Websphere Liberty.
- Proficiency with a range of J2EE Frameworks including Web Services, REST Services, MVC, EJB, JMS, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Expertise in designing and implementing N-tier architecture enterprise applications within the Java/J2EE technology stack.
- Experience with CRM, particularly Salesforce, and the implementation of omnichannel Contact Center experiences using Amazon Connect for agents.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce platform, including diverse approaches to integrating Salesforce with internal systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, etc.
- Knowledge and exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is advantageous.
- AWS developer or solution architect certification is a plus.
