The Role:
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on personal insurance requirements.
- Handle any queries for Car and Home insurance
- Process new business quotations
- Issue renewal invitations to existing clients
The Person:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- APA qualifications – essential
- Excellent IT and customer service skills
