This critical position involves strategic HR planning, process management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to identify and attract highly qualified candidates who align with our organisation’s culture and goals.
- Employee Development: Oversee training, development, and career progression programs to ensure employees reach their full potential.
- HR Process Management: Implement and maintain effective HR processes that streamline operations and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and practices that drive business success.
- Compensation and Benefits: Structure competitive compensation and benefit packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Staff Wellness: Manage and promote staff wellness initiatives to enhance employee well-being and productivity.
- Staffing Analysis: Continuously evaluate staffing needs, balancing full-time, part-time, and freelance resources efficiently.
