Hartley People 3Sixty are currently recruiting for a Caretaker for our client in Blessington Further Education Training Centre, Blessington, Wicklow. This is an ongoing temporary contract and is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate with previous experience in a similar role.
Duties:
- Main Duty is to open the centre at 8.30am and to be on site until 9.30am Mon & Weds & some Fridays required.
- General repairs and routine maintenance.
- Cleaning and assisting with the upkeep of facilities.
- Reporting any health and safety issues regarding working areas and equipment to management.
- Ordering supplies and materials needed as per instructions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- General Health and Safety knowledge and understanding.
- Previous experience in a Caretaking/Cleaning role.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Must be physically fit – able to lift within reason as per manual handling directions.
- Garda Vetting will be required for the role.
