Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client are currently recruiting a Refrigeration Engineer.
You will be an integral member of a proficient and close-knit team comprising Electricians and Refrigeration Engineers, you will play a pivotal role within our expansive cold storage facility. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide spectrum, including plant maintenance tasks, preventive maintenance initiatives, troubleshooting, and repair duties. Your domain will span two main plant rooms along with numerous frozen, chilled, and ambient storage chambers.
Requirements:
- Holder of a Senior Trades qualification in Refrigeration Technician/Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of practical experience post-qualification.
- Prior hands-on experience in Ammonia Refrigeration, Screw Compressors, electrical controls, and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational acumen.
- Familiarity with basic fabrication and fitting concepts will be considered a plus.
