Hartley People are currently recruiting a number of Process Team Leaders for our Client based in Donegal. our client serves the Irish market with a diverse range of healthcare products including diagnostics, medical devices and nutritionals products and has have been operating in Ireland since 1946.
Primary Responsibility
The main responsibility of the Process Leader is to manage a team of operators and maintain manufacturing Equipment to ensure that the site delivers safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance. The Process Leader will plan day to day production activities, whilst ensuring that policies and procedures are current and being adhered to.
Responsibilities
- Lead team of 6-8 processors in formulation lab and material handlers
- Conduct 1 to 1s with staff and guide development plans
- Complete performance reviews and give feedback
- Measuring Environmental conditions with-in cleanroom
- Generating Planned and un Planned maintenance with QA engineers
- Generation and upkeep of Lab Metrics to measure formulation Process.
- Responsible for lab performance and measurement
The person
- Relevant third level qualification or trade certificate in an Engineering/ Science / Manufacturing discipline will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferred.
- Leadership qualities are essential.
- Needs to be a great communicator.
- Needs to be highly organised
