Hartley People Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Process Engineer to join a dynamic team in a well-established Waterford based Pharmaceutical company.
Previous experience in a Manufacturing and/or Pharma environment highly desirable.
The Role:
- Support autoinjector manufacturing across various platforms.
- Drive improvement projects for existing equipment.
- Collaborate with multiple departments for project success.
- Apply existing knowledge to develop new manufacturing technologies.
- Ensure safety compliance and address technical issues.
- Assist in new product introductions and capacity expansions.
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analyses.
- Uphold safety and quality programs.
The Person:
- Hold a degree in Engineering.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in documentation and protocol execution.
- Have relevant experience in regulated GMP settings.
- Experience in high-volume assembly/packaging is a plus.
