Hartley People Recruitment in partnership with our client, a leading Construction Hire Company are seeking an experienced Plant Services Manager to join their busy team within the Portlaoise area.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of a nationwide fleet of large construction machinery.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of appropriate equipment to designated locations and customers, collaborating with supply chain partners to acquire specialized machinery.
- Conducting negotiations for pricing and rental rates.
- Promoting efficient utilization of all equipment.
- Generating & delivering weekly management reports.
Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and environmental compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of profit margins and EBITDA margins.
- Proficient in IT, particularly skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
*Previous experience within the Plant Hire Industry is desirable, however, not essential.*
