Part Time Accounts Administrator

Hartley People Recruitment are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our clients business based in Wexford. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Big Red Book, and strong organisational skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of invoices, expenses, and receipts.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients using invoicing features, tracking payment status and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage payroll entries. 
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights into financial data using Big Red Book’s reporting tools.

Key Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential. 
  • Proficient in using Big Red Book.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
