Accounts Administrator – Part Time

Hartley People Recruitment are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. The role will involve providing vital support to the Operations Manager, maintaining data accuracy, managing client relations, and handling accounts tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager.
  • Input data to CRM database and ensure accuracy of same. 
  • Prepare and create client/customer reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Respond to client queries on a day-to-day basis and maintain strong relationships. 
  • Prepare documents for the Operations manager and Directors as needed. 
  • Handle confidential information in line with the company’s data security protocol. 
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls. 
  • Payroll. 
  • Preparation of invoices. 
  • Bank reconciliation. 
  • Accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Cover company mobile phone on request. 
  • Ensure Audits are completed, and call logs are verified daily. 


  • Relevant admin and accounts experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Sage and Thesaurus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
  • Discreet handling of confidential information.
