My Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts and Administration Executive to join their team. As an integral member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations while managing administrative processes. You will have the chance to work with a small but dedicated team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle general office administration tasks
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee record maintenance.
- Contribute to process improvements, identify opportunities for efficiency, and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and administration roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Sage 50 would be a distinct advanytage
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial analysis.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
